Friday Night Open Gym 7:30-9pm for ages 9-15!
Parents may be off site during this open gym or remain onsite and watch from the lobby (parents may not enter the gymnastics area). Cost is $15- preregister here!
Saturday Morning Open Gym 10:30-Noon for ages 8 and under
Parents must remain on site during this open gym and may watch from the lobby or be in the gymnastics area (parents may be in the gymnastics area, but not on equipment). Older siblings welcome with family. Cost is $15 per child $30 max per family- preregister here!
SundayAfternoon Open Gym 7:30-9pm for gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders ages 6-18.

Attire: Athletic Attire – No Jeans or Belts (these tear holes in the trampolines) No Shoes or Socks. No Jewelry -(small stud type earrings are ok) Please empty pockets as things get lost in the foam pit! Please leave valuables at home. Method Sports Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Long hair should be tied back for safety.
Important Notice: All Open Gym participants must have a liability waiver on file. For safety, we allow a maximum of 40 open gym participants. Register for Open Gyms Here
A $5.00 late pick up fee will be charged for every 10 minutes if Children are not picked up within 10 minutes of open gym ending. Participants must be inside the building at all times, please make sure your child is aware of this prior before dropping them off.
