2017 Annual Registration Fee: January through December.

Individual:  $20 /  Family:  $35  –  registration fee will be posted after registration has been submitted  (New registrations  for the last session of the year -Oct. 23 – Dec. 15  will still pay the annual registration fee but if registering again in Jan. 2018 you will get a $15 credit for the individual registration and a $25 credit for the Family registration against the 2018 registration fee.



The next upcoming session will run Oct. 23 – Dec. 15.  Classes are now available for registration – Please make sure to choose Session 6.2017 when registering for those classes.  We will be closed for The Thanksgiving Holiday Thursday Nov. 23 and Friday Nov. 24.  If registering for a Thursday or Friday Class please plan on doing a makeup in another Class during the session.  If a Makeup is not available we will prorate out that missed class.

Our 2017 annual registration fee will be due at time of registration. (see fees above) Our  registration fee is good January through December. Most of our classes fill up quickly so register early.  If registering late in the session classes missed will  be prorated out.

Make-Up Policy: Similar to college class, your tuition pays for a class spot regardless of attendance. Therefore, we strongly urge students not to miss their scheduled class if at all possible. Make-ups are a privilege not a policy. OOA, as a courtesy, will offer 1 make-up per 8 week session if the make-up is available and will not jeopardize the safety or integrity of a class. All make-ups must be made during the current 8 week session you’ve registered for. You must contact the office to schedule your make-up. If a make-up is not available (other classes full) an Open Gym Pass (1 per session) will be available for class missed. (Please check our Open Gym Schedule) Refunds and Credits for missed classes are also not available. Please notify the office if you know you will be missing as early as possible to allow someone else to schedule a make-up or trial class in your child’s spot.

In Addition Refunds and/or Credits for Dropped enrollment or simply Registering and not showing up are not available unless there is an extreme family emergency to be reviewed and approved by OOA Management or a injury not allowing the student to participate in classes, in which a Doctors note stating this is required.
